Metro Codes Permit Search


Below are the search fields which can be used to find permits and some other property related documents. Please be sure to scroll down after you click Search so you can see the results.
Please note: The number of records being searched is dependent on the search criteria entered, therefore it may take several minutes for results to appear.

Fields

  • Permit Number: If you know the permit number, use this field.
  • Street Number: Type the street number part of the address of the property in question.
  • Street Name: Type the street name part of the address of the property in question. The field has a wildcard automatically built in so if you only know the first part of the name, you may enter it.
  • Street Post Direction: Select the street post direction part of the address of the property in question.
  • Street Type: Select the street type part of the address of the property in question.
  • Suite: Type the suite part of the address of the property in question. Note: not all suites are populated so if the desired record does not return, leave the suite field blank. The field has a wildcard automatically built in so if you only know the first part of the suite, you may enter it.
  • Parcel Number: Type the map/parcel number of the property in question. Do not include any spaces or punctuation and include all leading and following zeroes. The field has a wildcard automatically built in so if you only know the first part of the parcel number, you may enter it. Note: due to the volume of records in the system, it may time out if too broad of a search is requested.

Generic searches may result in the system timing out after five minutes. Please be specific when searching for records.
